Abstract

|
Spontaneous fistula formation between the ureter and duodenum is extremely rare. The underlying cause of fistula between upper urinary tract and GI system is tuberculosis, chronic inflammation, carcinoma and GI diseases. Renal pelvis
adenocarcinoma
is
also rare.
We report a case of ureteroduodenal fistula associate with adenocarcinoma of the renal pelvis in 65-year old female with a brief review of literature.
